2019 Earl G. Reubel Diverse Enterprise of the Year- IBEX IT of Atlanta, Georgia, a minority- and women-owned small business led by Tracey Grace, president, and CEO. IBEX IT created a Supplier Diversity Management System that helped UPMC Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to increase its diversity spend; bringing a diverse vendor base to a community health system that traditionally did not have one.

The American Express Summit for Success: Atlanta is a free one-day event where business owners and leaders at small and mid-sized companies can discover opportunities for growth through sessions dedicated to government contracting, corporate procurement, international sales, and general business strategies hosted by insightful industry leaders. IBEX competed in the Pitch competition and came in 1st place and also presented in a breakout session highlighting how to be successful in Government Contracting.

Tracey Grace is President and CEO of IBEX IT Business Experts, a National IT Best Practice, Recruiting and Training Firm. Tracey founded IBEX after seizing the opportunity to work on an Electronic Healthcare Record integration project.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Spanish at the University of Pittsburgh, Tracey was awarded a Graduate Fellowship to attend the Katz Graduate School of Business where she earned her MBA in less than a year. Tracey went on to hold various management and executive positions at companies such as the FedEx Corporation, Learning Tree International and Quint Wellington Redwood, a Dutch IT Consulting firm where she received numerous awards.
